Social media campaigns

An incredible grant was empowering systems-involved young people…but nobody knew about it.

Organization: Nebraska Children and Families Foundation

Problem: A major public-private nonprofit partner leveraged a grant to kickstart an internship program for young people who experienced foster care. The program, however, wasn’t yet well-known, and eventually, the grant would run out.

Solution: Interview remarkable young people in the community. Create a riveting series of long, short-form social media posts linking to longer blogs.

Result: The grant was renewed due to the awareness generated through these stories. Young people continue to feel empowered.
